Tarnagulla Recreation Reserve is a 30 day camp. This recreational ground has a two story pavilion built in 1884. Located 40 minutes west of Bendigo this could be a handy Rv camp for some.

Tarnagulla Recreation Reserve Camp

This huge recreation ground has camping around the sports oval and has room for all size rigs. The land is a dry at the moment but it’s surrounded by trees and natural bushland.

Roo’s hop around the bush in the evening and in the morning we noticed a big one on the oval trying to have a feed. Lots of tree branches are in piles and fire pits are allowed so great if fire restrictions aren’t in place.

Amenities

On one side of the oval are the clean toilet and shower block. Tarnagulla Recreation Reserve has a tap in this location that you can park by and fill your tank etc. You will also find a book exchange on the table.

A playground, fire pit, bins and picnic bench is also on this side of the oval. While an old tennis court is near the bush walk.

Tarnagulla Recreation Reserve is a 30 day camp which is fantastic for those looking to rest at one camp for a while. You can return after two weeks and stay again.
