  1. “Added a WIFI smart circuit board to the Air conditioning” may I ask What “WIFI smart circuit board” did you use? i’d like to controll it with Home assistant. I’ve managed to do this with my diesel heater.
    Cheers
    Rob

    1. Hey there Rob, initially on the old coleman and mac air con i used a “d1 mini” circuit board flashed with tasmota to control my air con via home assistant. since then we upgraded to a ibis 4 air con which uses the correct RF signal to be controlled via a “Broadlink RM pro 4”, then its a simple case of telling HA to send the correct RF signal to do what you’re after. 🙂 If you want to discuss more, feel free to drop me an email larry@fulltimecaravanning.com.au

      1. should also of said it was a d1 mini with a relay board attached 🙂

  2. Hi travell companions, I’m about to share the road with you all, counting down the days till the end of Feb. No plans, no end date, just travel with my dogs and a leap of faith. See you around the traps ?

    1. Hi Daryl,
Please head to our Facebook page and ask the question. We can then share it with others and they can message you etc.

  5. Hi Sue & Laz, so excited to find your site as there’s so much great information. I was really interested in your Nullarbor camp sites item as it’s one of my husband and my dream trips, it’s great to see someone say how good it is and not Nullarboring as we often hear. Looking forward to whatever ever you post in the future. Cheers Phil & The Dragon (Glenda) ?

    1. Hi Glenda AKA the lovely Dragon 😉 and Phil,
If The Nullarbor is your dream trip you will love it. As you have seen in our post, it has so many great free camps. We loved the quietness and scenery.
Thanks so much for your comment and I hope you find more information that might help with your travels.
      Happy camping 😀
