FREE CAMP – Ebor – Sports and recreation ground, NSW

 

 

This camp in is in a great location and is surrounded by greenery and trees. 112 km west of Coffs Harbour and 79 km east of Armidale.

This grassy camp has 2 long drop toilets and few undercover benches to sit at. Take your own dunny paper!

It’s just off the main road so no going out of your way. There is a walking track from here if you want to take in the surrounds. Also it’s walking distance from the pub, so we have been told.

 

 

We did encounter a heap of very friendly flies that would not leave us alone. Larry ended up wearing a singlet around his head as a bandanna to keep them from his ears. He had the look of a homie from the hood, funny but a bit cute 😉

 

As we have 600w of solar, batteries and an inverter we were set up fine for free camping. The people in a tents and a couple in a motorhome seemed quite happy as well.
